Timothy Kane is a Partner as Lois Law Firm. Timothy joined Lois after spending many years prosecuting workers’ compensation claims on behalf of injured workers throughout New York City. He has experience with all aspects of comp litigation, including trials, appeals, and negotiating settlements. Tim is able to draw upon his years of workers’ compensation experience in order to formulate comprehensive defense strategies on behalf of carriers and employers.
During law school, Timothy was a judicial intern for Hon. Michael Gerstein at Manhattan and Brooklyn Criminal Courts. He also participated in a post-graduate fellowship at Bedford-Stuyvesant Legal Services, representing tenants in eviction proceedings in housing court.
