Zaraya Wade

Senior Associate Attorney Zaraya Wade defends employers and insurance carriers throughout New York State in litigated worker’s compensation matters. As a trial attorney, Zaraya is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice.

While at the City University of New York School of Law (CUNY School of Law), Zaraya Wade was the recipient of the Luis DeGraffe Fellowship award, and a staff member of the Notes and Comments Journal of the CUNY Law Review.

Zaraya’s prior professional experience includes criminal and workers compensation prosecution, and medical malpractice and workers compensation defense. Zaraya Wade joined our firm as an experienced workers compensation defense attorney experienced in all areas of litigation defense.
