Tomer Lehr

Tomer Lehr concentrates his practice at LOIS on defending employers and carriers in New York workers’ compensation claims. As a trial attorney, Tomer is experienced with pre-trial disclosure procedures, trial presentation, and post-trial (appellate) practice.

Tomer regularly makes appearances before New York State Workers’ Compensation Law Judges and defends Employers on all issues related to Workers’ Compensation.

Prior to joining Lois, Tomer was part of the Divorce Mediation Clinic in law school, where he worked with separating and divorcing couples. He helped facilitate mediation, draft, and prepare separation agreements and other divorce pleadings. Tomer also worked as an extern for an intellectual property firm in Manhattan where he was part of the firm’s Trademark team. During his time there, he was responsible for drafting motions with the USPTO regarding various trademark issues.

Tomer honed his legal writing skills as a Staff Editor for Cardozo’s International Comparative, Policy, and Ethics Law Review.
