He has extensive experience in trial advocacy, regularly appearing in the Garden City, Hauppauge, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Jamaica workers’ compensation courts. Christian is credited as starting the #DefendFromDay1 movement and provides in-person and web-based seminars for Firm clients. He is also the host and moderator of the monthly workers’ compensation podcast, Third Fridays, which premiered December 16, 2016.
